Another Marijuana Myth debunked!

A new report from the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) confirms that marijuana prohibition is a failure. Kids in the U.S. are more likely to use marijuana than those in the Netherlands, where adults can buy marijuana from coffee shops, and those in Portugal, where all drugs are decriminalized.

It’s April 1, but this is no joke: As of today, possessing up to an ounce of marijuana in Rhode Island is no longer a criminal offense. SHARE this image to pass on the news!

This makes Rhode Island the 16th U.S. state where possessing small amounts of marijuana by adults is punishable by a fine or not at all, instead of with potential jail time.
